Brethren,
We’re delighted to bring you another Developer Diary, and this one is full of updates that many of you have been patiently waiting for. Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve rolled out a mix of new features, quality-of-life improvements, and some important behind-the-scenes changes to keep The Working Tools running at its best.
Here’s what’s new:
Bulk edit attendance – Perfect for when members reply by phone or WhatsApp. You can now update multiple attendance records in just a few clicks.
Invite by Tag – Make use of the internal tagging system to invite specific subgroups (such as committee members) without having to go through the full list of members each time.
New date format (MM-DD-YYYY) – For our international users, a new date display option is now available across the system.
Invite attachments – Our longest-standing and most-requested feature is finally here! You can now add attachments directly to your invite emails.
Background upgrades – Significant server architecture improvements for faster speed and greater reliability.
Timezone fix – We’ve resolved a bug where switching to certain timezones caused a server error.
What’s next?
We’re currently cataloguing and prioritising the many feature requests we’ve received over time, so we can focus on the most popular enhancements first. Your feedback is invaluable here; it helps us shape the future of the platform.
Finally, if you want to stay completely up to date, keep an eye on our Facebook page where we’ll be announcing new releases and improvements as they go live.
Thank you once again for your continued support, patience, and ideas. Together, we’re building a system that truly cuts the unnecessary admin out of Freemasonry.
S&F,
Karl
