Developer Diary #3 - Update

Brethren,

It’s been a while since our last update, and we owe you an apology for the radio silence. As many of your know from our Support chats, Jack (our lead developer and 50% of our little team), has been away due to ill health. We’re pleased to share that he’s now back, and firing on all cylinders.

In the meantime, we’ve still been busy behind the scenes - onboarding some fantastic Lodges, Provinces, and even whole Orders into The Working Tools project.

Now we're back to full strength, we’ve already rolled out a couple of long-requested features and other improvements:

• Custom email signatures

• Per-lodge “send-from” email settings

• Security improvements

• Significant speed upgrades to the system’s core architecture

Next on the list is something many have been asking for - attachments on invite emails - coming in the next few days!

Documentation
We're still pressing on with updating our Documentation as we build, which seems to be working as we're receiving fewer support requests for common tasks. We'll keep going on this and expand it out to video help on YouTube as quickly as we can.  You can checkout the most up to date version of the documentation here: https://www.theworkingtools.co.uk/help

Marketing
Our mission is to reduce the unnecessary admin in freemasonry, and to achieve that we need your help!  We've had a fantastic response to our 'Help in 4 simple ways' campaign in the app, with lots of secretaries helping to promote the project with posters in their masonic centres and through recommendations.
