Launching the Event Planner
17/12/20
I'm pleased to be letting you know about a whole new tool in the system;
The Event Planner
Create Summons, Minutes and a DC's Running Order all at once!
When creating a Summons and Minutes, they're often two sides of the same coin. Rather than having a separate Summons Creator and Minutes Creator in the Documents section, we've merged them together under Events.
On each event, you can now add 'Event Items' under the 'Planner' tab.
Each Item has 3 sections, one for Minutes, one for Summons and one for Running Order; meaning if you change the order, or add something new, it all ties together.
You can even use placeholders to print draft minutes to take with you to a meeting and fill in the gaps at things progress!
Finally, you can assign Members to specific items so you can quickly look up their details (titles, initiated dates etc) and it will also add the Minute item onto their Masonic Career, so you can quickly see their full masonic history directly from the Minutes!
There's currently Craft based suggestions here, but there'll be more Side Order suggestions to follow.
There's also been a few other changes:
