It's been a whirlwind few days since we began the next phase of testing.
The feedback I've had has been really positive and I'm humbled by the time, effort and enthusiasm members have dedicated.
There's been some fantastic suggestions for improvements too, and these are being implemented as quickly as possible. You may have noticed some differences, so I wanted to keep you in the loop with some of the changes that have been made;
Members
Added additional fields (title, middle names, partner's name).
Added filters for Member Statuses as well as adding some new Statuses too.
Added 'Joining details' to record if a Member is an Initiate, Joining Member etc.
Created an Import function, so if you've got lots of Members send us a spreadsheet and we'll import their contact details for you.
Visiting Officers
Added a 'Visiting Officer' member type, to handle regular stand-in performers.
Documents
You're now able to upload multiple files at a time.
System
Altered email templates to get rid of gigantic logos!
Added the ability to change the Sort Order of Lodge Roles, Ceremonies and Rituals
Changed the date fields throughout the system to provide a drop-down date-picker.
... plus various fixes for bugs, large and small!
Treasurer
Added addresses to invoices.
Added a Pro-Rata calculator.
There's lots more changes to come over the next few days, and some fantastic new features that have been suggested. If you have any more ideas though, please keep them coming!
