The Document Archive is your lodge’s cloud storage: upload files, organise folders, and link documents to Events, Members, or Expenses. You can view or download files securely, with temporary links for protection.
Folders and Navigation
The Documents page shows your top-level folders and any documents stored at the root. Click a folder to open it; use the breadcrumbs to navigate. An “Events” folder lists events that have documents attached.
Create Folders
Click New Sub-Folder to add a folder in the current location. You can rename a folder with Edit Folder.
Upload Files
Click Upload Documents to upload one or more files. Uploads can go to:
- Root or Sub‑folder: General storage.
- Event: Upload directly to an event’s document area.
- Member: Upload to a member’s document area.
- Expense: From an expense modal, attach receipts/invoices to an expense item.
View, Open, Download
Open a document to see details including size and storage usage. Use “Open” for a secure, time‑limited link in your browser, or “Download” to save a copy.
Delete
You can delete a document you uploaded; this also removes the stored file from cloud storage. Folders can be deleted if they contain no sub‑folders or files.
Storage Limits
Each lodge has 500MB of included storage. Only uploaded files count towards this limit (documents created within the system do not). If you reach the limit, a notice will appear; delete files to free space.
